Vek Labs partnered with CDN to produce a character-driven installment of their Talented People Driven to Grow series, focused on field leader Rob Campbell in Kitimat, BC. This documentary-style piece highlights Rob’s progression within CDN and the reality of working in a fast-growing industrial region, blending candid interviews with on-site visuals from active projects. Through intentional storytelling and thoughtful cinematography, we emphasized how long-term development, mentorship, and field experience shape leadership in electrical and instrumentation work. The project showcases our ability to capture human stories inside complex industrial settings, delivering content that supports employer brand, recruitment, and internal culture without speaking on behalf of the client’s brand voice.
