Welcome to veklabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Vek Labs Inc. ("Vek Labs", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (these "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about Vek Labs and its video production and post-production services, along with examples of our work and a way to contact us. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Nothing on the Site is an offer or commitment to provide services. All services are provided under a separate written agreement between Vek Labs and the client. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a written services agreement, the services agreement governs with respect to the services.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio and design — are owned by Vek Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Examples of client work shown on the Site are displayed with permission, and rights in that work may belong to the clients for whom it was produced.

You may view the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Vek Labs regarding use of the Site, and do not replace any written services agreement.
